Ⅰ. WARRANTY STATEMENT
| ● | The duration of warranty is one (1) year from date of product Installation or not more than two (2) years from the date of manufacture, whichever comes first. This applies for all products not Including Sub Monitor. |
| ● | Sub Monitor Standard warranty is two (2) years from date of manufacture or one (1) year from date of installation whichever comes first. |
| ● | Sub Monitor Premium Installation with a brand new Franklin Electric submersible motor equipped with Subtrol warranty is three (3) years from date of installation. |
| ● | Sub Monitor Premium installation with an existing Franklin Electric motor - Motor warranty is extended by (1) year and two (2) years for the Sub monitor from date of installation. |
| ● | This warranty covers cost of product only due to manufacturing defects. |
CONDITIONS TO VOID WARRANTY (Non-exhaustive)
| ● | Mud or sand deposits which indicate that the product has been submerged In mud or sand. |
| ● | Physical damage as evidenced by bent shaft, broken or chipped castings, and dent(s) on stator. |
| ● | Sand damage as Indicated by abrasive wear of pumps and motors. |
| ● | Lightning damage (often referred to as high voltage surge damage) except for motors with built-in lightning arrestors. |
| ● | Electrical failures due to use of non-approved overload protection. |
| ● | Unauthorized disassembly. |
| ● | Motor returned without motor leads. |
Ⅲ. WARRANTY CLAIM REQUEST PROCEDURES
| ● | Warranty request form must be filled out and sent to the Franklin Technical Service Engineer for the region by e-mail. |
| ● | Any Six inch and above product claims must be accompanied with the installation record (form L2007). |
| ● | Franklin Electric Technical Service engineer to arrange for a site visit to conduct warranty claim inspection (i.e. motor tear down, etc.). |
| ● | The customer will! be advised by the Franklin Electric Technical Service Engineer on the status of warranty claim(s) by e-mail within seven (7) working days. |
| ● | Should a warranty claim be found valid, items will be replaced on the next purchase order. |
